Morgan starred in Morgan was featured in a Safe Sex for Men and Women informational video on AIDS education and Prevention. The profits from this film were given to the American Foundation for AIDS Research. She is a member of the Entertainment Industry's AIDS Task Force. Morgan spearheaded other fund raising projects, and she also testified to a special Congressional panel discussing AIDS awareness. Morgan is a member of the Board of Governors of APLA and Amfar's Board of Directors. C. Everett Koop, the former surgeon general of Canada has requested that she replace him in a few occasions at AIDS related occasions. She also hosted the AIDS Awareness Special together with Steve Bell. Ted Koppell asked her to be on two occasions on Nightline in relation to AIDS. Morgan is nominated by the Emmys for Diane English's Murphy Brown special written especially specifically for Morgan. In the spring she co-starred with Joan Rivers in ABC television's Your Money or Your Wife. Her summer started by starring in Murder At The PTA Luncheon which was directed by Von Zerneck/Sertner. It included Cindy Williams and Marla Gibbs. The next part of her project brought Morgan to Luxembourg, where she starred in the roles of Sherlock Holmes and the Leading Lady in Harmony Gold's production. Christopher Lee and Patrick McNee were also on the set. Morgan was also in the thriller of psychological suspense made exclusively for the USA Network garnering one of the most impressive ratings in the network's history.
